Who is Ariela Vilker?


Ariela Vilker holds a degree in Communication and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Public Policy at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. In addition, she currently works in the Coordination of Communication and Institutional Relations at the organization founded in 1958, which aims to promote and develop artistic production across the country by funding artists’ education and training.

Ariela Vilker is 32 years old. Her career began in the private sector in political and market research, later transitioning into cultural management and the design and implementation of public policies.

Professional career

Between 2012 and 2015, Ariela Vilker was responsible for coordinating various cultural policies at the Ministry of Culture of the Province of Buenos Aires. Among the most notable actions during this time were the inauguration of the MAR Museum of Contemporary Art in Mar del Plata and the design of its summer programming in the 2013 and 2014 seasons, which featured prominent Argentine artists and cultural figures.

She also worked on international exhibitions at the Teatro Argentino in La Plata, and on ministerial participation in ArteBA 2014 and 2015, the Buenos Aires International Book Fair in 2014 and 2015, as well as numerous cultural promotion and linkage programs between municipalities in the province of Buenos Aires, among other initiatives.

Following her role in the provincial Ministry of Culture, Ariela Vilker advanced her professional path as Head of the “Buenos Aires 2018 Torch Tour” for the Youth Olympic Games held that year in the City of Buenos Aires. In this role, Vilker traveled through various regions of the country to carry out cultural promotion policies and spread the Olympic Values. Her responsibilities included the comprehensive design and implementation of the project, coordinating with local promoters from different provinces and the International Olympic Committee.

Since 2020, while pursuing her master’s degree at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, Vilker became part of the management team at the National Fund for the Arts, where she currently works in the Communication and Institutional Relations area, coordinating the design and development of cultural policies with a strong federal emphasis.

Between 2019 and 2020, Ariela Vilker led the Qualitative Research department at Trespuntozero consulting firm, founded by Shila Vilker.

Trespuntozero is one of the most consulted firms in Argentine politics, having been the polling company with the most accurate projections in the 2021 presidential elections.
