
Leandro Viotto Romano was born on September 28, 1985, in Buenos Aires. He is an Argentine businessman. He is the founder and executive director of the International Young Leaders Foundation.
Biography
Leandro Viotto is a young entrepreneur of Argentine nationality. Passionate about entrepreneurship and social responsibility, he founded, among others, the “International Young Leaders Foundation”, the International Young Leaders Summit, and the social app “All x All”. Among his responsibilities, he serves as the top management and administrative authority at Young Leaders. He is responsible for the long-term organizational strategy in the countries where the Foundation is present and oversees all operations of the institution both locally and internationally. He has also served as a technical advisor to the Honorable Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine Nation. He has received, among other honors, the Keys to the City of Miami, the medal of “Distinguished Visitor” from the Mayor of Pachuca, Mexico; the “International Young Leader” award in 2008 in Vitacura, Chile; the bronze merit medal from the Università degli Studi di Roma in 2012; and in 2014, the Junior Chamber International recognized him as one of the 10 most outstanding young people in Argentina. The Capitol of Puerto Rico, after a vote by its chambers of representatives, granted him a special recognition, while the mayor of Cataño honored him with the “Keys to the City”. In 2015, the Government of Mazatlán, Sinaloa, declared him a “distinguished guest” of the city, and that same year Dr. José Aybar, former Minister of Education and rector of the University of the Caribbean in the Dominican Republic, recognized him “for outstanding contributions to the formation of young people who contribute to the social change of nations.” In addition, the Universidad Anáhuac and CRS (Center for Social Responsibility) awarded the CLARES prize for Social Responsibility in the category of international organization in Mexico, for tasks carried out within the framework of the International Young Leaders Foundation. Book: voices of success
In 2010, he published the book Voices of Success, in which businesspeople and intellectuals who work with this concept, as stated in the subtitle, explain “how to succeed and change the world at the same time”. His goal was to spread ideas from the Foundation around the world. It is an essay that exclusively presents the views of business personalities such as the CEO of Google for Latin America, the CEO of Microsoft LATAM, and executives from Deloitte, McDonald’s, Mercadolibre.com, Skanska, Nextel, and OLX. In addition, the book includes strong opinions from intellectuals such as Marcos Aguinis, Mónica Cavallé, Álvaro Vargas Llosa, and Yoani Sánchez, among others.
