Milagros Maylin is currently in charge of the Secretariat of Integral Wellbeing, which is part of the Ministry of Health of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires. She is focused on accompanying people in the second stage of life.

Who is Milagros Maylin?


Milagros Maylin was, until recently, in charge of the Strategic Coordination of COVID-19 at the GCBA (Government of the City of Buenos Aires). She also holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (EMBA) from IAE Business School, Magna Cum Laude, and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication with a Gold Medal from Universidad Austral.

Private sector

She began her professional career at Telefónica Argentina as a Senior Analyst, later becoming Marketing Coordinator, and eventually Project and Strategic Planning Manager. She also worked at Assurant for just over a year as Regional Product Marketing Manager.

Public sector

She started her public sector career as Director of Senior Citizens at the Ministry of Human Development and Habitat of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires.

During this period, Milagros Maylin led the project “Más Simple,” which focused on technological integration for the elderly. This initiative eventually expanded nationwide thanks to joint efforts with ANSES.

In the Province of Buenos Aires, she worked alongside María Eugenia Vidal as Provincial Director of Performance Management and later as Undersecretary of Social and Urban Integration, working on the urbanization of informal settlements in the province.

With the arrival of COVID-19, Milagros Maylin returned to the City of Buenos Aires to take on strategic coordination with the City’s Ministry of Health. She continues to collaborate with María Eugenia Vidal on integration and training projects in the Province of Buenos Aires.
