To ensure efficient meat production, Novelle and her team oversee a 20% annual pasture renewal, maintaining high-quality forage to support a dense livestock load per hectare. Every year, around 500 pedigree bulls and 1,000 selected females—including bred heifers, heifers with calves, and cows with calves—are carefully chosen for the company’s two annual auctions. These auctions were previously held at Estancia La Pelada and the Sociedad Rural de Bolívar.
