Jamie Dimon

James Dimon

Born on March 13, 1956, Jamie Dimon is considered one of the most prominent business executives in Latin America and the United States. He is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of JPMorgan Chase, one of the largest financial institutions in the United States.

Previously, he served on the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Among his most notable achievements is his inclusion on Time magazine’s list of the 100 most influential people in the world, where he appeared for more than eight consecutive years.

Dimon has also been repeatedly recognized on the All-America Executive Team as one of the best CEOs in the industry, according to Institutional Investor magazine, from 2008 through 2011. Notably, Dimon is one of the few bank CEOs to become a billionaire, thanks in part to his stake of over $485 million in JPMorgan Chase. In 2013, he received a $23 million compensation package, and in 2016, his earnings rose to $28.2 million.

He currently resides in Chicago, Illinois, is a Democratic Party supporter, and holds degrees from Tufts University and Harvard University. Dimon is married to Judith Kent, with whom he has three children.
