From his early steps in the business world, Alejandro showed his passion for entrepreneurship. In 1989, while still attending high school, he began working in the textile industry alongside his parents in a family business dedicated to manufacturing children’s clothing. This early experience provided him with a deep knowledge of the industry and laid the foundation for his future career.

After completing a degree in Business Administration at the University of Business and Social Sciences (UCES), Alejandro combined his work in the family company with the opening of his own retail stores. In doing so, he not only participated in the production of goods but also became involved in their commercialization, acquiring key skills in sales and customer service.

The beginning of his business career

In 1997, Alejandro took a step forward in his career by becoming administrative manager at the company Líder Comunicaciones SRL. His outstanding performance and ability to make strategic decisions helped him stand out in this position and bring significant value to the company.

Later, in 1998, Alejandro joined Correo Argentino, where he started as an account executive and quickly rose to business unit manager. During his time at the company, he demonstrated strong leadership and team management skills, contributing to the company’s growth and success.

In May 2000, Alejandro Sied was appointed commercial manager at Bapro Mandatos y Negocios, a company belonging to the Bapro Group and specialized in the formation and management of trusts. For eight years, he held various managerial roles in the company until being appointed general manager in 2008. Under his leadership, the company experienced significant growth and strengthened its position in the market.

Atrategic diversification: Alejandro Sied’s experience across multiple sectors

In search of new challenges, Alejandro joined Grupo Tiasa in 2008, assuming the role of financial director. At the same time, he acquired an equity stake in the company American Trucks Corp SRL, specialized in international ground transportation. These experiences allowed him to broaden his business horizons and solidify his expertise in different sectors.

In 2009, Alejandro became a partner in the winery Simonassi SA, where he managed the administrative and financial area. However, due to a preventive bankruptcy proceeding the following year, he had to step away from the company. Drawing on his extensive knowledge in finance, he began offering independent consulting services for investment projects.

The real estate side of Alejandro Sied

One of the standout aspects of Alejandro’s career was his foray into the real estate sector. After researching and analyzing the real estate and financial crisis in the United States, he specialized in advising on property purchases in the State of Florida, particularly in the city of Miami. To optimize investments, he created companies dedicated exclusively to acquiring properties through bank loans guaranteed with mortgages. These properties often required improvements before being resold, which increased their value and profitability.

In addition, Alejandro continued to diversify his business activities. In 2009, together with his partners from “American Trucks”, he founded Four Trucks SRL, a company dedicated to the construction of logistics warehouses. Over time, the company acquired land in the Municipality of Escobar and currently has 9,000 square meters of warehouses on a 15,000-square-meter property.

New challenge

In 2011, Alejandro took on a new challenge by becoming managing partner of American Trucks Corp SRL, where he was in charge of collections. His dedication and focus on operational excellence contributed to the company’s continued growth until 2016, when he decided to transfer his shares.

In parallel with his successful trajectory in the business sector, Alejandro founded his own financial consulting firm around 2014, called CPG Consulting SA, which provided specialized services to clients seeking financial and strategic advice. After several successful years, he sold his shares in November 2017.

In 2018, Alejandro decided to leverage his experience in trusts and his interest in the real estate sector to focus on real estate development. Since then, he has been part of a committee responsible for managing a construction project in the area of Tortuguitas, Buenos Aires Province, through a trust. His ability to lead and make strategic decisions has been essential to the success of this venture, where he remains actively involved.
