Her journey, which spans more than 20 years, is a testament to her commitment and vision.

Over the years, Bárbara has led multidisciplinary teams, highlighted individual strengths, and acted as an agent of change across various sectors through her focus on management, communication, and design. Be Xtraordinary stands as a pillar in the digital transformation space. Under Bárbara’s leadership, the organization collaborates with tech companies, universities, and software developers to create tools and programs aimed at promoting the workforce inclusion of neurodivergent people, while also raising awareness and education around neurodiversity.
In the industrial sector
She has designed communication strategies for the Inter-American Development Bank to strengthen foreign trade and has supported the industrial sector and social development through United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) initiatives. Her agency, a creative industry specialized in disruptive communication strategies, multiplatform content creation, and audiovisual production, has led projects with social impact.

Academic background
Bárbara’s academic background reflects her ongoing pursuit of knowledge. She holds a diploma in autism from the Universidad Católica de Salta, studied communication and international relations at Universidad Austral and Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA), and earned a certificate from Stanford School of Engineering on achieving innovation through inspiration.
