Daniel Hadad was born in Buenos Aires in 1961, into a family of Syrian origin. He earned degrees in law and journalism from the Universidad Católica Argentina and completed postgraduate studies at the University of Navarra in Spain. He is currently the owner of the online news platform Infobae, which received the prestigious Konex de Platino award for excellence in 2017.
