Who is Julio Patricio Supervielle?

Julio Patricio Supervielle graduated from the Argentine Catholic University in Business Administration. He also holds a master’s degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He also participated in the Global CEO Program organized by Wharton, IESE and CEIBS

In 1986, he joined the financial group Exprinter-Banex. At Banco Banex S.A. he served as General Manager, Director and Chairman of the Board. He is currently President of Banco Supervielle S.A., Grupo Supervielle S.A., Cordial Compañía Financiera S.A. and Tarjeta Automática S.A.

In one year, Grupo Supervielle’s shares grew considerably. This rising banking giant had, by mid-2017, 174 branches and just over 3,600 employees, in addition to 65 billion in assets and 40 billion in loans, placing it in positions 11 and 12 of the local financial entities ranking

Grupo Supervielle has a long-standing presence in the Argentine financial system and is a leader in some market segments. The Bank is the main subsidiary of Grupo Supervielle, which also includes the companies Cordial Compañía Financiera, purchased in 2011, Tarjeta Automática S.A., acquired in 2007, Supervielle Seguros S.A., Espacio Cordial de Servicios, Supervielle Asset Management and Sofital.
